Terms and Conditions – Lets2Go

Welcome to Lets2Go! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Lets2Go mobile application, website (https://lets2go.com), and all services offered through our platform (collectively referred to as “Lets2Go”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By registering for, accessing, or using Lets2Go, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
   Lets2Go provides tools for:
   • Creating personalized travel itineraries using AI
   • Browsing and booking flights, accommodations, tours, transportation, and restaurants via integrated third-party platforms
   • Receiving recommendations and real-time suggestions based on your interests and location
   • Managing trip details and alerts from your mobile device
   Some features are only available to registered users.
3. User Accounts
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to:
   • Provide accurate and complete information
   • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
   • Not share your account or credentials with others
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to security or user experience.
4. Bookings and Third-Party Services
   Lets2Go integrates with third-party providers such as Agoda, Amadeus, Kayak, and Viator to facilitate bookings. When you make a reservation:
   • You agree to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers
   • Lets2Go is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, cancellation, or quality of the services offered by third parties
   • Any disputes related to bookings must be addressed directly with the provider
5. Fees and Payments
   While browsing and using Lets2Go is free, some bookings or services may involve fees set by third parties. You agree to:
   • Review and accept any applicable charges before confirming a booking
   • Use only authorized payment methods
   • Understand that Lets2Go may receive affiliate commissions but does not add hidden fees
6. Subscriptions and Premium Plans
   Lets2Go offers different subscription plans to access advanced features, including a free plan and a paid Premium plan. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
   • Available plans: The Free plan provides limited access to basic features. The Premium plan unlocks advanced features such as unlimited AI itineraries, offline access, an ad-free experience, and priority support. The specific benefits of each plan may change over time and will be displayed at the time of subscription.
   • Billing cycle: Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. The price, currency, and renewal period will be shown before purchase and charged to the payment method associated with your account or app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another authorized provider).
   • Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal amount will be the price in effect at the time of renewal.
   • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your device's app store settings (iOS/Android) or, where available, from your account in the app. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to Premium features until that date.
   • Free trials and promotions: We may offer free trials or promotional periods. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged for the corresponding subscription. Free trials are limited to one per user and may not be combined with other promotions.
   • Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play must be submitted directly to the corresponding platform. For purchases made directly through Lets2Go, you may contact info@lets2go.com.
   • Price and feature changes: We may modify subscription prices or the features included in each plan. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email at least 30 days in advance and will take effect on your next renewal. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
   • Account suspension: If we suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of your subscription.
   • Taxes: Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your country of residence and will be displayed before purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content on Lets2Go — including logos, software, design, branding, and AI logic — is the property of Lets2Go or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy, modify, sell, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of our service without prior written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to:
   • Use Lets2Go for illegal or fraudulent purposes
   • Interfere with the platform’s operation or security
   • Upload or distribute malicious software
   • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
   Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.
9. Location and AI Personalization
   To provide personalized recommendations and itineraries, Lets2Go may collect and use:
   • Geolocation (with your permission)
   • Past searches, preferences, and booking data
   By using our AI-based planner, you agree to this data processing, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
    You may delete your account at any time from the app (Account Settings) or from our website at https://lets2go.com/en/delete-account. Lets2Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you’ve violated these terms or for security or legal reasons.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
    Lets2Go is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:
    • The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
    • Third-party services will perform as expected
    • Information displayed (pricing, availability) is always current
    Use of our services is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lets2Go shall not be liable for:
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
    • Issues resulting from third-party providers
    In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using our services in the past 12 months.
13. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified via the app or website. Continued use of Lets2Go after updates means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes or claims arising from or related to the use of Lets2Go shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Dominican Republic, in accordance with its applicable legal framework.
